Gold Rush produces early yellow wax beans that are 12-15 cm (5-6”) long.They are slender straight yellow pods that hang in clusters on strong compact dark green bushy plants. Average plant height 42-54 cm (18-21") with a spread that is 38-51 cm (15-18”) wide. They are easy to grow, easy to harvest, and easy to see among the green foliage. Very good flavour and texture. Good storage, and fine freezing potential. These beans are tender and stringless. Germination rate 92%.


This old-time favourite, introduced in 1900 to North America, is regaled for its quality and delicious wax bean flavour. The stringless pods reach 5-7" long on heavy-producing plants that grow 15-20" tall. Ideal for freezing or canning.


An early wax bean with a rich and buttery flavour. Slim, 15-cm (6″), glossy yellow pods are crisp, tender and stringless, plants are upright. Very productive and easy to harvest. The black seeds germinate well in cold soil.
